Contracts Manager

Our customer, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join the Legal - Cloud team. This role provides critical support to manage increased workload following an internal team transition. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of medium-risk contracts related to cloud infrastructure, procurement, and technical operations.

The ideal candidate will be a mid-level to senior contracting professional who can independently drive deals, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure compliance with internal legal and procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, draft, and negotiate medium-risk inbound procurement contracts, including agreements related to Data centers, Network capacity, Hardware procurement, technical operations and business operations

* Ensure alignment with internal legal standards, procurement guidelines, and company policies.

* Identify and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks throughout the contract lifecycle.

* Partner closely with business teams to support operational needs and ensure timely deal execution.

* Manage deal flow from initiation through contract signature, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

* Provide clear, concise legal and commercial guidance to business partners.

* Support process improvements related to contract review, workflows, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, or a similar role (mid- to senior-level experience preferred).

* Strong background in commercial contract review and negotiation.

* Experience supporting procurement, cloud infrastructure, data center, or technical operations teams is highly preferred.

* Ability to interpret and apply internal legal policies, guidelines, and risk frameworks.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to work directly with business clients.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in technology, cloud services, or large-scale technical operations environments.

* Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor contracting.

* Ability to handle fast-paced workflows and adapt to changing priorities.
