** Live Ramp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, Live Ramp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. Live Ramp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.
**** Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to Live Ramp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.
** The Ingestion Product Manager role works within the Product team with close collaboration with all Data Foundation engineering squads. There will be a strong focus on supporting and growing the Ingestion & Measurement Enablement product offering while enhancing our applications in the Data Collaboration platform. Uniquely positioned between Identity and Connectivity/Activation offerings, you will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will discover, define, communicate, prioritize, roll out, and support new features and enhancements to our Ingestion suite that delight your customers (read: all of Live Ramp and our customers).

You will own and define the “what and why” of new products as well as set the strategic priority of identity capabilities in new markets and work with your engineering team to prioritize key features that will be core to Live Ramp processing data efficiently and safely. A top priority for this role will be supporting migration of data flows from a legacy system to a modernized platform, including prioritization of customers and features.

A typical day involves meeting directly with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate new functionality that has been released, writing product requirement documents for engineering teams, working with engineering teams to write user stories that convey clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria for new product features, maintaining a meaningful long-term roadmap with clear business outcomes, and serving as a higher-level support resource on your products.

The ability to effectively context switch is critical as you could be on a call with a VP of Marketing and diving deep into acceptance criteria with a senior engineer within the span of an hour. It is key that this Senior Product Manager is hands on with internal teams and customers. We work in a fast-paced environment in which you are empowered to make decisions in a small team setting.

We are looking for a self-starter that welcomes challenges and has fun solving complex problems to join us.
