Position Overview

We are looking for a high‑energy CAPEX GSM who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing capital equipment necessary for our clients' factories. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a software tool tailored to streamline the equipment procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Global Supply Management:
- Manage the procurement process from initial purchase requisition to delivery and installation.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for capital equipment purchases.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, & contracts to ensure cost‑effectiveness and quality standards.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to determine equipment specifications and requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Technical competency

• Product Management:
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Development & Design, to implement features discovered during customer interactions.
- Gather feature requirements, define specifications, and clearly articulate these requirements to the design and development team.
- Provide ongoing support to optimize the functionality & usability of the procurement software tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in capital equipment procurement within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable terms with suppliers.

• Proficiency in product management, software development, and related tools is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
