Venture Partners co-invest in curated opportunities, support portfolio companies, and earn carry on successful exits—without the overhead of running a fund.

This role is designed for individuals with investing or operating experience who want direct exposure, ownership, and upside in venture-backed companies.

What You’ll Do

Co-invest alongside Initio Capital in select startup and growth-stage deals

Participate in syndicated investments and special opportunities

Support portfolio companies through strategic guidance, introductions, or operational expertise

Evaluate deals aligned with your sector focus and investment thesis

Engage with founders, LPs, and other Venture Partners within the network

Economics & Upside

Earn carry participation on successful exits

Access deal-by-deal co-investment opportunities

No fund management, capital calls, or administrative overhead

Economics vary by deal and are disclosed prior to participation
