The RoleThe Head of Operations willdrive strategic priorities, unlock execution bottlenecks, and scale the company across operations and go-to-market. You’ll be trusted with high-leverage work — everything from running founder-level projects to building internal processes and wrangling complex decisions.

What you’ll do- Own company priorities. Run special projects, drive cross-functional execution, keep the trains moving and priorities aligned.
- Make things legible. Take ambiguous ideas and bring structure, rigor, and insight — whether through dashboards, memos, decks, or decisions.
- Build the operating rhythm. Own internal processes — planning, OKRs, board prep, hiring loops, sprint review, and cross-functional sync.
- Be a force multiplier. Step in wherever needed: hiring, GTM experiments, investor comms, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, finance, vendor management.
- Act as early COO-in‑training. There’s a real path here. We’re looking for someone who could one day run Conduit's operations at scale.
- Speed demon. You fundamentally believe that walls are made for breaking. You move fast, stay on top of details, and don’t need your hand held. You bias toward action and cut through noise.
- Analytical + exacting. Nothing gets past you. You catch things others miss. You structure problems clearly and demand excellence from yourself and others.
- Founder‑caliber operator. You can run your own company or be a world‑class exec someday — this is how you’ll earn it.
- Tone match. You’ll be in lockstep with the founder — quick thinking, sharp, high ownership, no drama.
- Swiss Army knife. You’re as comfortable spinning up a hiring process as you are coordinating a product launch or writing a board memo.
- Intellectually athletic. You thrive in high‑context, high‑intensity environments.
- Ex‑Palantir FDE, MBB, IB, or early‑stage operator
- Background in ops, strategy, finance, GTM, or product
- Experience in automation, robotics, industrials, or hard tech
