Events Specialist

Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking Events Specialist to support firm-wide event planning and execution. We are looking for hands‑on, detail‑driven professionals who can step in immediately and manage logistics, sponsor ships, and on‑site production with excellence.

• Support planning and execution of large‑scale and regional events across assigned markets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to manage event logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorship deliverables, and on‑site production.
• Assist in developing event materials, including credentials decks, pitches, proposals, bios, and related content.
• Update and maintain opportunity data, lists, and reports using Salesforce CRM.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, attendee lists, and post‑event follow‑up to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide on‑site support at events, ensuring a polished, professional attendee experience.

• 5+ years of corporate event planning experience
  , ideally within professional services, consulting, or similarly structured environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex event logistics from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience with event production tools, sponsorship management, and data reporting is a plus.

Base pay range: $45.00/hr – $55.00/hr.
