What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and competitive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. It is fast-paced, outreach-driven, and results-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up through cold calls, emails, and proactive follow-ups, and managing clients. The position of the Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.

* Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, Linked In outreach, and networking

* Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities

* Develop leads through research, referrals, trade shows, directories, and industry events

* Close new business and expand existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities

* Educate clients on Trans Perfect's services, processes, pricing, and value proposition

* Negotiate rates and deadlines while ensuring client needs and profitability are met

* Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality service and results

* Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support

* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and client needs

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach and business development strategies

* Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
