Description:
The Kitchens Launch & Change team is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and manage the process for launching new kitchens, concepts, and menu changes, and working with operators to resolve on-the-ground challenges. You will own project planning and implementation of launch & change tasks, as well as supporting cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners such as construction, culinary, marketing, training, supply chain, operators, equipment suppliers, and recruiting.

In addition, you will proactively identify and execute on process and tooling improvements to get 1% better every day. This role will report directly to the Associate Manager, Kitchens (Launch & Change) - Strategy & Operations.

Skills:

• You have strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans and leading several different projects at once
• You have excellent communication skills that allow you to connect with a diverse array of stakeholders, and aren’t afraid to escalate timeline risks and other challenges to leadership
• You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience directing the activities of a diverse project team
• You have comfort solving ambiguous challenges, including working directly with on-the-ground operators
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field

You have 2-3 years of experience managing highly cross-functional and fast-paced projects
