The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Sr Associate who will partner closely with LTS R&D leaders to define product strategy, inform initiative prioritization, set business metrics targets, monitor metrics performance, proactively identify trends, and synthesize and communicate insights. The role is focused on our Enterprise Jobs product and is highly cross‑functional, indexing heavily on operational rigor and execution against strategic priorities.

Learn to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners. Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities. Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members. Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive action. Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance. Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision‑making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.

Partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics‑oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions. Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop work streams and operational processes. Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.

Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics. Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross‑platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks. Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to design experiments to close deviations from targets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3+ years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
