Job Summary
PROJECT POLICY ANL 2 at University of California, San Francisco – part‑time (16 hours per week), 4 hours per day, 4 days per week. Expected duration approximately two months, with possibility of extension. Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiative, program and/or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs.
Assists in policy and program planning, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
- Ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task with demanding time frames; working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
- Experience with REDCap (training will be provided).
- BA or MS in Psychology.
San Francisco, CA – Mission Bay campus. Fully on‑site. Shift: Days (4‑hour length).
