About the Role

Our client is searching for a Founding Account Executive to build and scale a new Accounting and Finance vertical. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with deep experience selling recruiting or talent solutions into accounting firms or finance organizations.

This individual will own the vertical from day one, including go-to-market strategy, new business development, and revenue growth. The role offers high autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and meaningful upside as the vertical scales.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition within accounting and finance
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop and execute a vertical-specific sales strategy
  • Build long-term relationships with accounting and finance decision makers
  • Partner closely with leadership on pricing, positioning, and expansion
  • Act as a subject matter expert on accounting and finance hiring needs
Requirements
  • 4 to 10+ years of experience selling recruiting or staffing solutions
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance hiring markets
  • Proven ability to close consultative, high-value deals
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership mentality
