Distributor Sales Executive – Molson Coors Beverage Company
Location: San Francisco or San Jose, California (West Region Sales Team)
Salary (Base Pay Range): $108,100 – $141,900 per year
Reports To: Distributor Market Manager
Responsibilities- Drive customer and solution‑based selling with distributors.
- Implement qualitative and quantitative measures for brand health and channel/customer volume.
- Execute hands‑on partner training (category skills and competencies) and communicate monthly and annual volume and executional goals.
- Manage problem resolution as required.
- Assist in developing effective customer merchandising tools and programming.
- Maintain sound investment and spending practices while delivering strong results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of sales experience or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, including occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the territory.
- Act with urgency to market events and trends that require quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
- Confidence, competence, diplomacy, professionalism, and sound judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships.
- Skilled negotiator focused on the client; curiosity fosters an innovative style and the ability to execute ideas.
- Expertise in building selling stories and using analytical tools.
- Thrives on challenge and completes complex projects quickly with a strong understanding of business priorities.
- Builds relationships and collaborates to achieve outcomes.
- Takes accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
