We7re looking for a Founding Growth / GTM Leader to join Chanty as a co-founder.
Chanty is building the first multiplayer AI platform for healthcare. We are HIPAA-compliant staff communication platform that is Whats App-simple and Slack-powerful. We7ve developed HIPAA-compliant AI which is rather unique product for US market.
We already have our first 50 customers across the US, strong early traction, and clear signs of product-market fit. Now, we7re ready to turn that momentum into rapid growth.
We7re looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on healthcare growth or go-to-market experience
- Knows how to turn early traction into a repeatable growth engine
- Moves quickly and thrives in an early-stage environment
- Wants to build a category-defining company as a co-founder
This is a true founding role with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to shape our GTM strategy from the ground up. Salary is expected to begin after an initial 2–3 month period.
