Conversion is the agentic marketing automation platform for modern enterprises such as Plaid, Click House, Webflow, and Productboard. Our platform lets growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion in one place, from acquisition through retention, with AI agents doing the work that legacy tools like Marketo, Hub Spot, and Pardot can't.

We've raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, Linked In, and Microsoft.

As the first Biz Ops hire, you'll own the operational backbone of Conversion. That means leading our business operations, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side. You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business.

This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.

• Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficient
• Handle legal and administrative operations: vendor contracts, office agreements, procurement paperwork, and new hire documentation
• Jump in on special projects that span marketing and sales that don't fit neatly into a job description, but are essential to how we scale

• Have 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or chief of staff

• Are a structured thinker who can break down ambiguous challenges, find practical solutions, and drive execution without waiting for direction
• Communicate clearly across very different stakeholders, from candidates to vendors to investors, and pride yourself on quickly earning trust
• Have strong analytical instincts and are comfortable working with financial data

Compensation Range: $150K - $200K
