Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Role
The Business Analyst sits at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market operations — translating messy business questions into models, dashboards, and process changes that drive revenue decisions.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance leadership to instrument the funnel, surface insights from CRM and product data, and own the reporting that leadership actually relies on to allocate resources and forecast growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in SQL, Tableau, or Looker covering pipeline health, revenue performance, and go-to-market efficiency
- Partner with Rev Ops to design and document business processes across Salesforce, Hub Spot, and internal tooling, identifying gaps and automation opportunities
- Analyze funnel conversion, territory performance, and customer segmentation to inform quarterly planning and quota setting
- Own data quality and hygiene in the CRM: define field standards, audit pipelines, and drive adoption of process changes across sales and marketing teams
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements, then deliver analyses and recommendations with a documented methodology
- Support annual planning and forecasting cycles with scenario models and variance analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership, turning analysis into prioritized, actionable recommendations
- 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or a comparable analytics role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Advanced SQL required; comfort joining and modeling data from CRM, billing, and product databases
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong spreadsheet modeling skills and the ability to move from raw data to a clear executive narrative
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements or tooling changes that produced measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, finance) or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus:
Python or R for ad-hoc analysis; experience with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tooling; exposure to sales compensation planning or FP&A
