Jim co-founded Clear Slide, led Apollo.io, and ran Chorus.ai through its $575 million sale to Zoom Info. Sean founded GlareDB and helped build Coder's early infrastructure. John Andrew co-founded Coder and founded Wander, the leading luxury travel marketplace.

You'll work directly with the founders and help make foundational decisions about the product, culture, and company future employees will inherit.

About the role

As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you'll build the systems that connect Marketing, Sales, product usage, billing, and customer growth. You'll own the CRM, data, and workflows that help the team act on the right signals and trust its numbers.

This role is in person at our Presidio office in San Francisco, five days a week.

What you will own

• Own Hub Spot architecture, funnel definitions, workflows, and data quality.
• Build reliable lead routing, account ownership, and customer handoffs.
• Run pipeline reporting and forecasting with revenue leadership.
• Connect sales and marketing activity with product usage, billing, and customer signals.
• Use Adapt, APIs, and automation to remove repetitive work while preserving permissions and human review.

About you

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market systems.
• Deep experience with Hub Spot or a comparable CRM, including architecture, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Experience supporting product-led, usage-based, or pilot-led sales and using AI to improve revenue workflows.
• Equity in an early-stage company.

San Francisco base salary is $180,000-$220,000, based on role-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes equity and benefits.
