Product Manager

Our client, an AI fintech startup, is seeking a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from deployment through expansion. You'll be the connective tissue between customers and the product team, translating customer needs into high-performing AI agents while building the playbook for this function as the company scales.

• Own a book of customers end-to-end: understand their business, scope and deploy AI voice agents, and drive ongoing optimization and expansion into new use cases
• Have strategic conversations with customer decision-makers, pitching agent value, explaining ROI, and proving business impact with data
• Dig into the details when needed: debug agent behavior on specific calls, customize conversation flows, and handle compliance requirements
• Work closely with the product team to translate customer feedback and unmet needs into new product capabilities
• Help define the playbooks and operating standards for the Forward Deployed PM function as the team grows

• Significant customer-facing experience: You've been in customer meetings, owned relationships, and are excited to work with customers every single day
• Product background or strong product intuition: You can engage on product concepts, understand agent behaviour, and bridge strategy with execution
• Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership: You thrive in fast-moving environments. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role
• Strong data intuition (deal breaker): You can analyze metrics, explain ROI to customers, and draw actionable conclusions from datasets

• 5+ years as a product manager with customer-facing experience
• Direct experience working with customers or clients
• Background fitting one of two profiles:
• Client-facing Product Manager or Solutions Engineer at a Series A-D startup
• Management or strategy consultant (MBB or Big
  4)

• Undergraduate or graduate degree from a top school

• Familiarity with AI workflow tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT)
• Technical product depth, including product concept understanding and basic debugging

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries (mortgage, lending, financial services, healthcare)
