What You'll DoAs a Senior Analyst at BCG Value Science Center (VSC), part of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, you will focus on applied corporate finance and valuation topics. Contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, the Senior Analyst will perform financial analyses such as shareholder return analysis (TSR), corporate valuation and financial benchmarking. You will also be responsible for building financial models to analyze the capital markets impact of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financial policies (e.g., debt issuance, dividend policy change).The

Senior Analyst will also share topic/sector acumen and points of view more broadly within the firm. You will partner with BCG teams, managers and project leaders to generate insights pertinent to the financial characteristics and aspects of clients, integrate analysis efforts into proposals/projects, and create high quality presentations for clients.

What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree, with high academic achievement required and 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, investing, and/or consulting

Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and valuation

Strong mathematics and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
