Help customers put AI agents to work on complex business workflows. Own discovery, product evaluations, and the commercial path to an agreed deployment.
Nyotta builds AI agents for complex engineering and business workflows. Our work brings together reasoning over technical information, tool use, and human review so teams can move from source material to decisions and completed work. We apply these systems to engineering and commercial processes where accuracy, traceability, and control matter.
About the roleYou will learn how a customer’s team works, identify where an agent can help, and work with engineering to test that opportunity. The role involves technical users, business owners, and the people responsible for rollout. You will carry the relationship through evaluation and commercial decisions, bringing specific customer feedback back into the product.
In this role, you will- Run discovery to understand a team’s workflow, constraints, buying process, and reasons to change.
- Scope evaluations with agreed tasks, success criteria, and the people who will review the results.
- Partner with engineering on demos and technical follow-up, grounding product claims in what we can demonstrate.
- Own commercial discussions and deployment planning, keeping commitments and next steps clear.
- Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into useful product feedback.
- You have owned complex B2B opportunities involving technical users and multiple decision makers.
- You ask detailed questions, learn unfamiliar workflows, and write clear follow-up.
- You can keep an evaluation’s technical requirements, commercial commitments, and buying process aligned.
- Senior:
Own discovery, technical evaluations, and the commercial process. This opening is for someone who has managed complex B2B opportunities.
Experience selling AI products or enterprise software, working with industrial customers, or building an early-stage go-to-market motion.
What makes this work hardA successful demo does not settle how a team will adopt the product. You need to understand what users trust, how results will be reviewed, and what has to happen before the customer can buy.
A problem you might work onA customer wants to try an agent on an existing workflow. Agree on the task and success criteria, involve the reviewers, and use the findings to establish a clear next step.
