With 85+ portfolio companies and a track record of top-decile performance, our platform has generated 5,500+ enterprise introductions and $200M in directly influenced ARR—a differentiated engine few firms can match.
We’re looking for a Platform Team member to build and scale the ecosystem that accelerates our portfolio companies’ growth, from advisor networks to flagship events to strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate:
Builds and activates networks of senior practitioners (CTOs, CISOs, AI engineers, domain experts) who can meaningfully accelerate portfolio company growthOwns end-to-end event planning and execution, from flagship gatherings like our AGM to intimate founder dinners and round tablesDrives measurable GTM outcomes by matching portfolio companies with the right advisors, buyers, and partners at critical growth momentsBrings 5+ years in platform, partnerships, or ecosystem-facing roles at a VC firm or high-growth startup, with a track record of building programs with measurable outcomesHas strong operational discipline to manage complex events calendars, multiple relationship tracks, and content cadences simultaneouslyPossesses an established network in the San Francisco startup ecosystem or demonstrated ability to build one quicklyThis role is hybrid in San Francisco, with 3 days/week in office.
