Chief of Staff Operations In person

Human Delta is the AI reliability control plane for the autonomous enterprise. We run the knowledge AI agents answer from, and we grade every answer against it — so whether an agent is talking to a customer, an employee, or another agent, it's answering from the truth. We call that state Delta Zero: no gap between what your agents say and what's true.

This is an operating role. You'll own essential parts of the company — hiring, operations, finance and legal coordination, and the events and workshops that generate our pipeline.

• Run operations. Expenses, vendors, the office, and admin work that keeps the lights on.
• Own hiring. Source the best candidates, run interviews and work trials, and onboard the people who sign.
• Support go-to-market operations. The tooling, the reporting, and the follow-through that tell us what's working.
• Clear the bottleneck. Whatever is breaking or slowing us down is yours — ideally you've named it before we do.

• High APM (actions per minute)
• You write fast and clean, and communicate the same way.
• You've produced events that people actually showed up to.
• You're inclined to build solutions for repeated bottlenecks.

• Operating experience at an early-stage startup
• Taking time off college to build something real — our founders did the same!
• Or a background in consulting, finance, or recruiting
