No two days look the same as a GREF Business Partner. One day you're advising a leader on portfolio strategy for their org's headcount growth and long-term vision.
The next, you're presenting a Q to the leadership team.
The day after that, you're solving a space issue in New York.
But every day shares one constant: solve the customer's immediate need while building the plan for their future.
About the teamWe're a team of six with significant VP exposure. We hold a twice-annual summit to identify pain points and set goals, then work toward them throughout the year, supported by weekly team calls. The team spans Arlington, Seattle, and San Francisco, with each member owning their own org level (OL3) and sharing best practices across the group. Management style is hands-off — support is there when you need it, not imposed when you don't.
