Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, data, and reporting that keep the go-to-market engine running. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance — maintaining the CRM stack, building pipeline analytics, and ensuring the forecasts leadership relies on are actually accurate.
This role matters because revenue decisions get made on its work: territory models, quota planning, funnel diagnostics, and compensation tracking all flow through it. The analyst will work directly with sales leadership and finance to turn messy operational data into clear, actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize the Salesforce instance: workflow automation, validation rules, picklists, and permission sets that keep data clean at scale
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau tracking pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and rep performance
- Design and run the weekly forecast process, reconciling CRM data against finance models and flagging risk early
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership on territory design, quota setting, and lead routing logic
- Implement and support adjacent Rev Ops tooling — enrichment (Clearbit, Zoom Info), engagement (Outreach, Gong), and CPQ — including integrations via APIs or middleware
- Audit data quality across the funnel: deduplication, lifecycle stage hygiene, and ownership of definitions for pipeline metrics
- Partner with finance on sales compensation reporting and commission disputes, ensuring plan accuracy
- 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis within a B2B technology environment
- Deep Salesforce expertise: hands‑on admin experience with workflow builder, reporting, and data management (Admin certification a plus)
- Strong SQL skills for querying warehouse data; comfort with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analytics, or sales planning processes end‑to‑end
- Ability to translate between technical stakeholders and sales leadership; clear written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus:
Experience with dbt or building ETL pipelines, Hub Spot or Marketo operations, CPQ administration, or Python for data analysis
