Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and well‑organised Quantity Surveyor to join our team on our brand‑new project,
Lots Road
. A high‑end, mixed‑use development in a prime location, close to vibrant areas like Chelsea, Fulham, and Clapham, and a short walk from the River Thames. This exciting development includes 274 luxury homes, extensive commercial space, and a state‑of‑the‑art modern care home. You’ll begin at our office in Barbican before the project team moves onto site.

• Procuring subcontract packages from the very start of the project through to successful on‑site delivery.
• Supporting a BSR application to prepare for submission.
• Taking full ownership of subcontract packages and collaborating well with teammates and subcontractors.
• Playing a key part in moving our Gateway 2 submission forward and delivering a standout development.

• Experience in quantity surveying, specifically in procuring subcontract packages.
• Previous work on similar projects during the pre‑construction phase.
• Advantage: experience supporting a BSR application.
• Strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and confidence to collaborate with teammates and the external team.
