We are hiring for a Senior Project Engineer (Structural Concrete) with one of the most prestigious developers in the United States. This developer is renowned for undertaking some of the nation’s most high‑profile and iconic projects.

In this role, you will be at the forefront, collaborating closely with one of the company’s executives to oversee all aspects of concrete building projects in California. In this dynamic duo, you will share responsibilities for projects with a total construction cost exceeding $8 billion. The structural concrete segment of this portfolio would be approximately $2 billion over the next eight to ten years.

This group is uniquely positioned for success, boasting substantial financial resources and continuing to acquire and build.

Responsibilities

• Experience with project scheduling, project budgeting/estimating, and project management software/tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in construction materials and methods, building codes and regulations, and project safety protocols.

• Ability to oversee and manage project subcontractors and vendors, while also effectively collaborating with designers and other project stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Proven ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with structural concrete.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or relevant subjects.

• 4+ years of relevant construction experience.
