• Video Strategy & Research:
  Develop a comprehensive video strategy aligned with Stronghold’s marketing objectives, brand positioning, and audience personas. Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to inform storytelling approaches in the fintech, crypto, and payments industries.
• Pre-Production:
  Oversee concept ideation, creative direction, and scripting in collaboration with internal and external teams. Manage casting, talent coordination, location scouting, and ensure smooth logistics.
• Production Management:
  Act as the on-set producer, ensuring efficient execution of shoots while maintaining creative alignment and quality. Troubleshoot on-set challenges and ensure smooth coordination of crew, talent, and production teams.
• Post-Production Oversight:
  Manage the post-production workflow, ensuring quality control and timely revisions. Work with external vendors, freelancers, and contractors to maintain consistency with Stronghold’s brand guidelines.
• Distribution & Optimization:
  Develop a video distribution strategy to maximize reach and engagement across platforms like You Tube, Linked In, Twitter, and more. Monitor video performance analytics and optimize content for improved audience interaction.

• 12+ years of experience running content production from pre-production to delivery.
• Proven experience as a Content Producer, Creative Producer, or similar role within fintech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology industries.
• Strong experience managing external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
• Expertise in video production workflows, digital video optimization, and SEO for social platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to fast-paced environments, and work autonomously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like You Tube, Twitter, and Linked In.
• Experience with project management tools like Slack and Notion.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
