Responsibilities- /01 Lead web design for two to three concurrent engagements.
- /02 Author Figma libraries and design tokens that survive engineering handoff.
- /03 Pair closely with motion and engineering during build.
- /04 Drive design QA through launch and the 30-day polish window.
- /01 3+ years designing for editorial or product-led marketing sites.
- /02 Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic and motion craft.
- /03 Comfort with HTML/CSS — you don't need to ship the code, but you need to read it.
