Graphic Deigner

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marine Layer Brand Team, working across print, retail, packaging, and digital projects. This role will partner closely with the Associate Brand Director and Creative Director to concept, develop and execute seasonal campaigns that highlight brand storytelling across a wide range of customer touchpoints.

• Develop and execute visual concepts for seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, and special projects
• Create campaign systems that translate across print, digital, retail, packaging, and physical experiences
• Packaging, product tags, specialty labels, and branded materials
• Seasonal catalog and editorial design
• Retail signage and in-store collateral design
• Email, paid social, and digital campaign assets
• Illustration and graphic development across marketing collateral and apparel
• Extend brand stories into physical and experiential touchpoints
• Maintain and evolve brand design systems and creative consistency across channels

• 7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer brands
• Exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills
• Illustration experience (digital or hand-drawn)
• Strong understanding of print and digital production, file preparation, and executing work across multiple formats
• Ability to take a project from concept through execution, balancing big-picture creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills; you can back up your design work with a clear,
• well articulated pitch that satisfies the strategic brief while also pushing the
• brand forward visually
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn new skills, tools, and ways of working as the needs of the brand and business evolve
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma

• Motion or basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with apparel graphics or packaging design
