We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and meetings.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
• Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication.
• Conduct site visits and ensure event setup and teardown.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
• Professional certifications, such as CMP or CMM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in event management software, such as Eventbrite or Bizzabo.

• Experience with event design and decor.
• Knowledge of event technology, including virtual and hybrid events.
• Familiarity with sustainability and accessibility practices in event planning.
