Guest Service Agent – Hilton San Francisco Union Square

• Greet guests and complete the registration process.
• Assist guests with check-out and ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.

• Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Can work a flexible schedule that includes AM, PM, Overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Can effectively communicate with English language-speaking guests.
• A minimum of 1 Year Customer Service Experience.
