Position Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in‑office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management and customer‑service experience, and be available to work evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities include schedule management, staffing, and performance oversight with the goal of achieving weekly and monthly quotas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool

• Provide customer service

• Manage sales representatives’ schedules

• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
