Our Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications) team’s mission is to deliver reliable, friendly, and personalized in-person customer service to drive awareness, education, and enrollment into our client’s essential telecom services.
As a Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications), you’ll act as the first point of contact for potential customers. The Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications) will represent our telecom clients throughout San Francisco. Your Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications) role focuses on assisting with enrollments, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications) Responsibilities
- Greet and engage potential customers directly in a professional and approachable manner
- Provide detailed information on available telecom plans and services
- Assist with customer enrollment and explain required documentation
- Accurately complete enrollment applications using digital and paper platforms
- Troubleshoot common issues related to enrollment status or process questions
- Follow up with customers post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and enrollment data
- Represent the client brand with integrity and enthusiasm
