The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Opening available at the following branch location:

• 233 Ellis St San Francisco, CA

This is a part time position with a starting rate of pay $23 / hour.

Schedule:

Mon to Friday - 8 hours with every other Saturday/Sunday (time off during the week when you are scheduled a weekend.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Some college preferred
• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be able to work 20-25 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old
