Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with professionalism, accuracy, and a helpful approach in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can create a positive customer experience by listening carefully, resolving questions efficiently, and ensuring each interaction moves applications or requests forward. The ideal candidate is dependable during scheduled hours, communicates clearly, and takes feedback well while maintaining strong service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide clear, courteous assistance tailored to each inquiry.
• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to gather missing details, clarify next steps, or help customers complete requests.
• Enter orders, applications, and customer information accurately to support a high rate of complete submissions on the first review.
• Guide customers through required forms and documentation so they understand what is needed without feeling pressured.
• Monitor open and pending cases proactively and take action to reduce delays or incomplete submissions.
• Maintain consistent availability during assigned shift hours and remain ready to assist customers throughout the day.
• Apply coaching and performance feedback constructively to improve call handling, accuracy, and overall service quality.
