Candidate RequirementsMust be experienced in all aspects of front office as they will be the only person working up front. Must be able to work independently. Must be self motivated to get tasks completed and to seek out answers to problems or questions. Must be able to keep a full schedule, build authentic relationships with patients, collect on outstanding claims and accounts, be comfortable with all aspects of insurance (verifying, claims, eobs, checks), be able to present treatment plans.
Must have experience with open dental OR be a quick learner. Must be willing to take direction and communicate regularly with the doctors about schedule, patients, A/R, etc.
2 years minimum
