Permanent position for a part-time RDH for an SF office. Hours are Monday 740-5. Looking for a warm and welcoming individual to help with this general office. Laser certified is a bonus. #1381
We are a modern, state-of-the-art general dental office located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a thriving dental practice and are seeking an RDH Dental Hygienist to join our established and dedicated team. We are searching for a part-time or full-time member of ourstaff. Benefits included.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance,scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays
- Educate patients on the importance oforal hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods
- Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities inpatients for restorative and/or periodontal needs
- Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient(review patient health history and care slips) and ensure health history isupdated for all returning patients
Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
