Independent dental practices are being squeezed by DSOs, buried in admin, and sold software that was never built by anyone who has sat chair-side. Hey Jarvis is building the AI layer that lets an independent practice run like the best-staffed office in town: patients answered on the first ring, chairs filled, and teams freed to do dentistry.

We have live customers and real distribution in motion. What we need now is a dentist at the founding table.

You’ll be the clinical conscience of the company and its face to the profession. When a practice hears about Hey Jarvis, they should hear it from a dentist, not a vendor.

• Own clinical truth. You decide what “good dentistry” means inside everything we ship: what our systems say to patients, what we promise practices, and where helpful ends and unsafe begins.
• Help shape the product. Work directly with engineering every week. Your judgment goes into the product itself, not a slide deck.
• Represent the company. Be our voice to practices, study clubs, associations, and partners.
• Build the team. Hire and lead the clinical function as we grow.
• Help steer the company. As a co‑founder, you’ll have a real say in strategy, priorities, and who we build for.

• A dentist (DDS/DMD) with an active or recent license and 5+ years in practice. Ownership or leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Convinced independent practices can win, and tired of watching them get sold tools that don’t help.
• Plain‑spoken. You can explain a clinical call to an engineer and a business case to a dentist.
• Energized by building something from early on, and comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and equity‑heavy comp.

• Meaningful co‑founder equity, negotiable salary and health insurance.
