Interior 3D Artist – Archinect

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned 3D Artist to create architectural and interior renderings for residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate has 5‑7 years of experience in architectural 3D rendering and a solid understanding of building modeling, materials, lighting, and composition. Hand sketching and traditional rendering skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high‑quality, photorealistic visualizations of interior and exterior spaces for client presentations.
  • Render custom furniture, lighting, and accessories in 3D.
  • Apply lighting and shading to achieve realistic render quality.
  • Maintain a custom 3D model library of objects, furniture, and lighting.
  • Concept development during pre‑production phases with design team.
  • Prepare client concept presentations and provide visual updates.
  • Visit job sites to compile measurements and capture site data.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and address questions or changes.
  • Follow studio 3D standards and processes consistently.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating status and schedule to team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural 3D rendering industry.
  • Expert knowledge of 3ds Max with Corona/Vray and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Rhino.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/drawing documents.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
