You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the first true AI-powered work experience in one of the world’s largest, most complex industries.

• 4+ years designing real, shipped product experiences — ideally from 0 to 1.
• Experience at software companies known for exceptional product design and culture.
• A portfolio that makes us pause, not scroll.
• Strong product thinking — you design why, not just how.
