Salary up to $275,000. Sign on bonus and relocation provided. After first year providers can stay W2 or move to 1099 productivity model which is a 60/40 split (their choice). Options exist for either W2 or 1099 employment. Epic EMR. Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / No weekends Compensation ranges from 50-90% MGMA for total earnings. Payor mix is mostly Medicare and Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay.
Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage provided. Additional pay for supervising APPs.
