Outpatient-only primary care with 36 clinical hours per week and flexible scheduling, including potential 410s. Physician-Led Practice:

Average of 1618 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful patient relationships. Favorable Call

No inpatient responsibilities and minimal to no call. Professional Growth:
