We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our elite aesthetic team. In this role, you’ll guide patients through their cosmetic journey—from initial consultation and treatment planning to surgery and post-operative care. You’ll educate patients on their options, set realistic expectations, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. The ideal candidate possesses strong surgical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and consistently demonstrates a professional, patient-first approach.
ScheduleTuesday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including reviewing medical history and aesthetic goals, to recommend the most appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
- Clearly explain procedures, expected outcomes, and potential risks to ensure informed patient decisions.
- Perform a full range of cosmetic surgeries and treatments with precision, safety, and artistry.
- Oversee all aspects of pre-op preparation, surgical execution, and post-op care to ensure optimal patient recovery and satisfaction.
- Prescribe necessary medications and provide thorough aftercare instructions and follow-up evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic protocols and professional standards.
- Contribute to the refinement of clinical workflows and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active license (or eligibility) to practice in the state of California
- Completed residency in plastic surgery; additional aesthetic/cosmetic surgery training preferred
- Demonstrated surgical expertise, particularly in aesthetic face, breast, and body procedures
- Strong problem-solving, clinical judgment, and critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- A polished, professional presence and a compassionate bedside manner
