Physician – Azza Health Care Agency
Seeking a full-time Physician to provide high-quality pain management services in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate is a compassionate healthcare professional with diagnostic expertise, responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients according to standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a healthcare team
- Order diagnostic tests and analyze results
- Prescribe medications and advise on lifestyle changes
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure patient confidentiality
- At least 1 year of experience in pain management or related fields
- MD or D.O. degree
- Board certification in anesthesiology or similar
- Active, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses in California
Competitive pay ($120–$180/hr). Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO. Relocation to Colton, CA with 25% travel. In-person duties, expected 40 hours/week.
