Qualifications- Current CA valid licensure, Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California*
- Current valid Board Certification or eligibility in medical specialty areas including, but not limited to:
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, etc. - Current valid Drug Enforcement Agency registration with the United States Department of Justice*
- Experience with aging or geriatric populations.
- Additional training especially in the areas of geriatrics, addiction medicine, palliative care, infectious diseases, and behavioral health, desirable.
