Interventional Pain Physician – Azza Health Care Agency
Seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to lead in diagnosing chronic pain sources using advanced protocols, develop evidence‑based treatment plans, and coordinate care within the group and with community specialists.
Responsibilities- Clinic work (3-4 days/week)
- Perform procedures (1-2 days/week) at in‑office and surgery centers, with optional EMG/ultrasound‑guided procedures
- Skills in epidural, facet block/RFA, with experience in MILD, Kyphoplasty, and Vertiflex preferred
Open to new graduates, with clinical experience and passion for the specialty. Monday‑Friday schedule, excellent pay, and work/life balance.
Qualifications- Medical degree
- Pain fellowship
- Board certification or eligibility
- California medical license
- Fluoroscopy license
Compensation ranges from $375,000 to $400,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
