As the Chief of Staff Service Chief, you will:

  • Oversee the growth and development of our services, ensuring high standards in geriatric and palliative healthcare.
  • Manage both clinical and administrative functions, promoting excellence in patient care.
  • Lead a dedicated team committed to the mission of serving our veterans.

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between $250K to $350K , negotiable based on your qualifications and experience.
  • Recruitment Incentive: A sign-on bonus is available to welcome you to our team!
  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm .

  • Pay: Competitive salary with annual performance bonuses and regular salary increases.
  • Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year, including annual leave, sick leave, and federal holidays.
  • Retirement: Traditional federal pension with 5 years vesting and a federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA.

  • Licensure: One full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory is required.
  • CME: Up to $1,000 per year reimbursement for continuing medical education.
