Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at French American International School (San Francisco, CA)
The International School of San Francisco offers 2‑3 weekday afternoon practices and games on weekday afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends. Season starts February 9, 2026 and runs until May 16, 2026.
The school seeks positive, passionate, and knowledgeable coaches for a K‑12 independent setting with over 600 students in grades 5‑8. The Jaguar Athletic experience promotes growth, pride, and enthusiasm. Values:

All head coaches and assistant coaches report to the Athletic Director and are responsible for all levels of their sport, following school and federation procedures.
CommunicationCoaches provide clear communication to student‑athletes and families about expectations and philosophy, and resolve conflicts appropriately.
Player DevelopmentCoaches assist in the total development of all student‑athletes using positive methods, creating learning environments and meaningful practice structures.
Player EvaluationCoaches use a holistic approach evaluating skill, character, integrity, leadership, and love for the sport. Selection reflects school mission and core principles.
Team LeadershipCoaches foster leadership qualities, select Team Captains and Student‑Athlete Advisory Committee members based on character, and uphold the school mission.
Qualifications- Experience coaching at middle school, high school, college, or club level.
- Experience working, playing or coaching in a value‑based athletic program.
- Reliability, promptness, and dependability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a full background check.
Applicants should include a letter of interest, current resume, and three references.
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 depending on experience and team level.
