Training Instructor / Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, IT/Computer Science Instructor
The Technical Learning Experience & Delivery role is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling world‑class technical learning experiences that prepare Builders to successfully design, build, deploy, and optimize AI‑powered solutions for customers.
The primary focus of this role is technical learning strategy, curriculum architecture, and content development. This individual will translate complex AI, product, engineering, and architecture concepts into practical, hands‑on learning experiences that build real technical proficiency.
This is not a traditional instructional design role. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, learning expertise, and strong facilitation skills and is comfortable working directly with Product, CoE, technical SMEs, and field practitioners.
Approximately 10–20% of the role will focus on technical delivery, including selected Builder Bootcamps, technical workshops, and Train‑the‑Trainer programs. Direct delivery allows this individual to remain close to the Builder experience, validate curriculum in real learning environments, and continuously improve the learning experience.
The role supports Graduate and Professional Builders across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and product release readiness.
