Your Impact- Design innovative building structures across multiple materials
- Apply expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
- Collaborate with dynamic project teams
- Contribute to sustainable and resilient design solutions
- Begin mentoring junior engineers
- 3-6 years of building, commercial, and multi-family housing experience
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
- PE license (passed exam or about to)
- Seismic design experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, RISA
- A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset

Estimated at $84,500 – $111,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
