Responsibilities- Collaborate and liaise with architectural, interiors, and urban design projects and consultant teams in undertaking targeted sustainable building performance calculations and product research.
- Direct and advise project managers in various projects pursuing third‑party rating systems, including LEED; advisement includes assessment, coordination, and documentation of green building strategies.
- Conduct green product research to verify the transparency, health, and carbon claims made by product manufacturers.
- Complete building performance analysis (daylight, energy, embodied carbon).
- Analyze data and interpret trends and statistics as required to support project deliverables.
- Prepare technical content for sustainable design presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Be responsible for tracking and reporting on trends and programs within service sectors.
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with the US and/or Canadian LEED Green Building Rating Systems (LEED v4). Knowledge of Living Building Challenge, Passive House, WELL, Fitwel, and/or other sustainable design performance tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project specifications, architectural drawings, and building construction.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, conduct self‑directed research and analysis with limited supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and colleagues; meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- High proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign.
- Familiarity with Revit is desirable.
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field for sustainable building design.
- At a minimum, attain LEED Green Associate or Living Future Accreditation within 6 months of hiring. If the LEED track is chosen, attain LEED with Specialty Accreditation within 12 months of hiring.

Salary RangeSan Francisco, CA: $71,400 – $91,100 per year. Pay is commensurate with qualifications, skill sets, education, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
